I recently purchased the 11-inch fluted ceramic torte pan from Pillivuyt, and I have become quite unreasonably fond of it. I first encountered Pillivuyt while browsing for a similar item online. At first glance, many torte pans looked nearly identical, most priced modestly — except the Pillivuyt, which cost more than twice as much. That price difference made me pause and look more closely. What I discovered is that appearances tell only part of the story. Pillivuyt porcelain is made in France to exacting standards and fired at exceptionally high temperatures, resulting in a piece that is dense, durable, and built to last. With over 200 years of craftsmanship behind it, this is not a disposable kitchen item but a true heirloom. From the moment it arrived, the quality was unmistakable. Even the packaging was abundant and unexpectedly beautiful. The pan itself is immaculate — a bright, pure white with precisely formed fluting and a reassuring weight that speaks to its durability. I have since used it many times for cherry clafoutis, onion tortes, pumpkin tortes, and more. It is consistently a pleasure to work with and performs beautifully. I enjoyed it so much that I have since purchased additional Pillivuyt pieces, including a pair of large ceramic bowls that I proudly display as examples of ceramic artistry. This is cookware made with integrity, care, and pride — and it shows in every detail.

Round tart dish sizes?

Hello I love these! I would like all sizes. In the group image attached of the round tart dishes it shows 7 sizes . 4 on the larger size and 2 on the smaller size. Was there a size that was discontinued? Perhaps a 7.25”? Thank you
