They fit very snug into the shoe,

These protectors fit the shoe well, but tend to shift and move if you use them while doing more strenuous dancing or climbs. Even when making them as tight as I could with the velcro backing, they shifted to the side. That said, they look great and fit well for low to moderate intensity use on the floor.
