52″ Smart ABS Blades Ceiling Fan

I returned my Sofucor ceiling fan because I found the materials to be cheap and the overall quality to be below my expectations. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple return turned into an exhausting and frustrating experience because of Sofucor's customer service. If you're considering purchasing from Sofucor, I recommend researching other brands before buying. Based on my experience, the product quality did not meet my expectations, and the customer service made what should have been a routine return unnecessarily difficult. If you encounter a problem with your order or need to make a return, be prepared for the possibility of handling much of the resolution yourself. I cannot recommend Sofucor based on my experience. I hope they improve both the quality of their products and the way they support customers when problems arise.

Love the fan, but it was tricky to assemble because the "bell" that sits on top of the fan motor didn't fit correctly. A few washers added to correct the spacing and all was well. Support was really great when the fan wouldn't reverse without rumbling; they got right back to me with the solution and the fam works great.

This is a great product, easy to install, very quiet operation, I will recommend these to friends and family.
