There's a reason why people still use these caps so frequently and it's because it tends to be the most versatile cap you can use. It isn't the skinniest, fattest, sharpest or provide the best blends but it's still pretty good at executing all of those things at a reasonable level. Most caps are typically dedicated to one thing and usually do a better job at spraying cleaner lines, giving you better flares, pushing softer pressure, etc., etc. but the NY Fat can wrap up all those things other caps can do and put it into one at a REASONABLE grade. A real Jack of all Trades.
