I love this cookbook!!! I’ve been struggling lately trying to be excited about cooking. Most of the recto see have different ingredients I won’t have and probably would never use. This beautiful cookbook is full of amazing, simple yet inspiring recipes I can not wait to make!!! I’m so excited. Exactly what I needed for classic dishes but with a pretty modern take on fresh and available ingredients!! Perfect.
