Great customer service!

I tried the Discovery Kit, unfortunately the curl balm had been damaged and was unusable. I let them know and they shipped me another whole kit at no charge! While I don't think the curl balm has enough hold for my hair, I did enjoy the shampoo and conditioner and will be reordering those products.

Great Trial Sizes

I really appreciated the size(s) and price point of this discovery set! Getting at least a couple uses of each product really helped me gauge the effects on my hair and I’ve already purchased a larger sized balm.
