Great adjustable bench

This bench is a solid addition to any home gym. For the price it's a great value. High quality material and passing. The joints lock securely and I don't worry about it slipping during movements. It's not too heavy to move around my garage gym and the decline feature is great for sit-ups. Overall I am very pleases with the quality of this bench.

Love Synergee Equipment

When covid hit I started ordering my own equipment from Synergee. They have a great selection of bars to choose from, had the only curl bar I was looking for and their weight sets were priced correctly. Just got the adjustable bench and couldn't be happier. Bench has the most options for incline/decline I could find, super easy to put together (they give you all the tools) and very comfortable and easy to wipe down. Really want to order the cage w/pulley system and will do so when I can.
