The olives are ground with fresh lemons, giving the oil a Mediterranean, aromatic note that goes very well with seafood, fish, creamy risottos, and pasta. A raw fish carpaccio and a roast chicken get a fresh kick. I even eat pasta just with this oil and pepper. Natives Olivenöl extra mit echter (!) Zitrone. Die Oliven werden mit frischen Zitronen vermahlen und das Öl erhält so eine mediterrane, ätherische Note, die sehr gut zu Meeresfrüchten, Fisch, sahnigen Risotti und Pasta schmeckt. Ein rohes Fischcarpaccio und ein Huhn aus dem Ofen erhalten einen frischen Kick. Ich esse sogar Nudeln nur mit diesem Öl und Pfeffer.
