Your online ordering system does not send a confirmation email. We also reached out for an update using your website after waiting past the estimated delivery date and we never received a confirmation or response from Peaceful Valley. Ideally, Peaceful Valley would send an estimated delivery date or notice prior to delivery. We received neither. The product is excellent. Communication regarding the order and delivery would have improved the experience. We'd still order from you again. Just wanted to share our experience. Thank you!
