Bristle Free Brush & Scraper

Great grill cleaner

Really like this cleaner, after I ordered on line I got an email saying it was back ordered. BBQ-Aid was good and offered a refund if I didn't want the product or a coupon for another Item if I wanted to keep the order. I elected to keep the order but it took quite awhile to receive it.

great grill cleaner

Great product, cleans the grates very easily, no residue or bristles left behind because the pad doesn't have any. safe and easy to use, I highly recommend.

No response!!

Tried contacting to unsubscribe on replacement heads and did not receive any response. Poor customer service.
