Keeps My Feet Busy

I've had the silicone massage ball for about a week now, and I like how it keeps my feet moving while I'm standing on my topo mat. It's great for massaging my arches. Sometimes I inadvertently kick it off the mat and have to go hunting for it under my desk, but even that keeps me moving while I'm otherwise in one place for hours.

Skeptical at first, I mean, it's just a ball, right? It really has been a difference maker, complimenting my Topo while standing. It helps get knots out of my feet and gets the circulation flowing much better than simply standing. It's perfectly weighted and would recommend this addition for anyone with a Topo.
