It's helped BUT fitment is tight
I have PTTD, no plantar. It's been super helpful in the recovery process. Does not fit very well in shoes as it's listed. In a pair of casual shoes or running shoes requires it to be completely loosened. Also requires a size up because the heel pad pushes your foot forward. I have not tried running with it. It takes some adjustment getting used to as well, finding the sweet spot to where it doesn't hurt the top of your foot. BUT, it's helpful. I've tried a lot and this works. Im on 3 weeks now and I'm going to wear it until completely healed - hope it lasts that long from sliding it in and out of shoes.

Tried everything else….
I suffer from neuropathy in left caused by trauma incident , along with flat feet, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and supination of both feet. I work 9+ hours daily in a fast paced concrete environment averaging 8 to 10 miles daily in shifts. I’ve tried all different types of shoes, insoles, wraps, custom orthotics, acupuncture, stretching, vibration plates, and tens therapy. All have assisted somewhat in relief, BUT no where near the instant relief from the loft 2’s. My only issue is even with compression socks having to adjust the braces by loosening or tightening throughout my wear. I have the arch stretcher I had previously bought, but am looking into the app now for instructions. The app seems a little pricy, but I thought the braces were too before I used them. I still wish there was an easier way to pay directly with FSA card without having to navigate to truemed. I’ve had success with other shoe or orthotic websites where was as simple as payment of card entered at time of purchase. Other than that, i strongly advise these. They seem very durable. I hope they withstand the daily use.

Still trying to deal with comfort level wearing them
OK, barefoot to do exercises with. They hurt my feet with shoes on, better with sock under but shoes are too tight. I ordered up in size with the shoe I wear hoping this will help. But so far, I've only been able to wear in the house and doing exercises.
