Trapezoid Bay Window Cushions

Wrong Color sent to me!

I texted them on their support Text and all they did was tell me that they will call me if I enter my phone number and to email them with photos so I did that I emailed them you sent me the wrong color. I did not order this seafoam, green sage type green color. The color I ordered was light gray. I’m going to wait and see how long it’s going to take them to call me with a solution to their mistake. I will let you know if they fix this and actually have good customer service that we expect when we spend over $330 for a bay window cushion. Be aware that their color codes might also not match their website descriptions or photos of what you’re actually going to get.
