Custom Chain Link Name Necklace

I really wanted to leave a bad review here but I have to be fair. Ugh. The customer service would be a D+.I ordered a custom necklace and it definitely took twice the time it was supposed to and the only response to inquiries was saying they would pass it on. That being said I did receive the item and I do very much love it and it is beautiful. So just know the quality is super duper but expect to wait longer than they suggest! 😁
