Paint by Numbers - In Bloom

The print is lovely but very disappointed by the quality of the paint. Colours 16 and 18 were very watery and opaque and took at least 5 coats to become a solid colour, with another 5-8 so the numbers were not visible. Have found better quality paints with Kmart paint by numbers and ended up using their paint over the top.
