Magnets not powerful enough

I purchased an Infinity Pro Magnetic iPad Stand for my 2024 13"iPad Pro because I really liked the same stand when used with my 2024 11" iPad Pro. Unfortunately, the magnets in the 13" stand are NOT powerful enough to safely hold the 13" iPad Pro. Getting the 13" iPad Pro to adhere to the stand is very finicky and once you get it to adhere it takes very little force to cause the iPad to begin to slide down. Simply brushing against the iPad the wrong way or trying to adjust the stand (with both hands, mind you) will start the sliding. Bottom line: The magnets in this stand are not powerful enough to hold a 13" iPad Pro (2024) stably. I have contacted Banks to initiate a return but they requested a video of the problem first (hard to do if you need both hands to keep the iPad stable). I sent them the requested video and await a return authorization. Summary: I do NOT recommend the Infinity Pro Magnetic Stand for the 13" iPad Pro (2024) because the magnets are not powerful enough. I DO, however, really like the same stand for the 11" iPad Pro (2024) Addendum: Banks responded immediately to my email and, after reviewing the video I sent them, promptly refunded my purchase. They said that they shared my feedback with their product team and indicated that they hoped to have an improved version available in the future. If they do, I would be eager to try it out because, as I noted above, I really LOVE the stand for my 11" iPad Pro (2024). I have revised my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, which reflects my review of the 13" (needs work) and of the 11" (superb, excellent) combined--and the fact that Benks has VERY responsive customer service. Kudos to Banks!

The “not quite” stand

I call this my “not quite” stand. It’s not quite tall enough for my needs, the magnetic attachment is not quite strong enough, and the rotation abilities are not quite easy enough to make. (Oh, and the logo is not quite centered on the base.) Fix those things and I’ll give it five stars.
