Ring of Light

Silly as it blocks the view!

The light itself is actually quite good, but the design just doesn’t make much sense to me. It basically blocks the view from the little camera, which is really frustrating and seems like a pretty big design flaw. I bought my camera in November 2025 and the light has already broken, so it really didn’t last very long considering the price. I’ve since bought a clip on light from Amazon for half the price and it works just as well. It simply clips onto the side, so it doesn’t block the camera at all, and it’s actually less bulky. It’s just as easy, if not easier, to throw in your bag and take around with you. The light quality is good when it works, but personally I’d save the money and buy a clip on alternative instead especially if you use the camera as much as me!

I get it but

I like the Ring of Light, however it blocks the viewfinder completely.
