Disappointed

I am unfortunately now extremely disappointed in your service. Receiving this package I was grateful as we got it in time for our show however we are at the set up stage, we have set up the sign and the new fabric you sent is SINGLE SIDED not DOUBLE SIDED which I requested and paid for. Was refunded thankfully but thanks to this our show did not go as planned. Don't know if I will be using your service in the future
