The Hardware Pak is great; the service is amazing!

I have had the 35 liter Back Country panniers on my KTM 1190 for years. (I also have a Nomax tank bag, use it every day, and love it.) And never once did I tighten the frame screws. Lo and behold, they do loosen and drop off over the years. Physics. Who knew? One email to Mosko Moto customer service and the replacement Hardware Pak was on its way. Amy, the customer service agent, was quick to respond, professional, and kind. I am very impressed with the service, and grateful for the complete replacement set. Back on the road, a little wiser.
