Organic Acai Powder

Love it! Taste really great!

It doesn't get much better than this - 1.5 grams of fat in a 3-gram serving is all I needed to see on the label to understand that this was the last acai powder I'd be seeking out. I've been looking for some top-shelf acai for a while now. It's easy to find a brand that claims theirs is the best (they all do) but I have not found any that retain such a high fraction of fats. This is a marker for quality in acai - as the fatty acids are more volatile than the anthocyanins, they are the first ones to get oxidized. Check the labels on your acai products! You might be paying twice as much for half the quality. Thank you to Koyah for offering top-shelf acai at a humble price.

Thought it was freeze dried? It's damp and clumpy and does not mix well in water. I need to put it in blender, even then it does not quite dissolve. Very disappointed ☹️
