It was easy to order the item, shipping was fast (though I did pay a lot). Only real problem I had was getting the sim card to work, which ended up being an easy fix. My only gripe is that there were no instructions with it. I had to find a video myself showing someone putting one in and even he didn't explain anything he was doing. If there were instructions I feel I wouldn't have had my sim card problem to begin with. Note: Today I just received a separate bill from UPS for Customs and Border Protections or they can want the merchandise back. Awesome

Love the Upgrade

I recently upgraded my car's audio system with 4x4 shop, switching from a basic CD player to a modern unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capabilities. The new system is fantastic, offering a significant improvement in usability and features over the original setup. The installation process did take longer than initially anticipated. However, the end result was definitely worth the wait. I did encounter an issue with the phone call quality, which was unexpectedly poor, especially considering that I opted for the upgraded microphone. This was a consistent problem, as I experienced a similar issues with another vehicle. As a result, I find myself needing to use a headset to achieve clear phone call quality. Despite this drawback, the overall improvement to the system is remarkable and the upgrade was worth it. I recommend 4x4 Shop for their quality workmanship and the advanced features of the car deck.
