Ultem - MaxMadCo Design - Bolt Action Pen - GEN 2

Wow this pen is truly amazing! I work as a bookkeeper and I needed a good lightweight durable pen for everyday use. This pen is even better than I had expected. It writes unbelievably smooth. It's the lightest pen I've ever held. The pocket clip is super sturdy and keeps the pen attached to my pen pocket with zero fear that it could be lost while I do other work. That was one of my main concerns for this and really any pen that I have purchased. The entire body is made of lightweight ultem which is also a very durable material. Every piece of metal is titanium although there is only the clip, the screws that secure the clip and the bolt. The slider of the bolt is made from ultem which is another dependable material for creating a tough item. I will most likely be swapping out the refill for a pressurized type that way if I am in need of writing something while I'm underwater or perhaps floating through the infinite universe I will have zero issues with using my pen!.

Great pen, even for a pen addict

I have an embarrassing number of expensive pens and this one has surprisingly become one of my favorites. I didn’t buy into the whole fidget factor thing, but it’s real with this pen. The plethora of compatible refills is a nice touch, and yes the Fisher space pen refill does work (with slightly more rattling when shaken), as long as you have the adapter installed. The customer service team has also been phenomenal in answering my neurotic questions about this pen and others.
