Honda CB1100 / CB900 / CB750 Clutch Damper Repair Kit ~ Restore Smooth Operation

So happy to be able to buy one of these kits. I have not fitted it yet awaiting on the clutch removal tool but the kit looks good with everything I need to quieten down that noisy clutch. Always happy with purchases from Vintage CB750

This worked well but fair warning; it's not a doddle, the rivets take some serious driving to remove and you will want a quality m6x1.0 tap and tap handle to cut the new threads, also a 5mm and 6mm drill bit in drill press. Important to have a good centered punch mark on the rivet heads before you start drilling. I supported the clutch basket on long impact sockets on a heavy iron bench to drive the rivets out. To be honest at 17,000 miles on the 82 900F the OE bushings were not worn and not the issue with the rattle I have.

First class service and parts glad to say the tick over clunking has gone with the new dampers.
