I am 5 days in and can report much success. I am finding this meal plan gentle on digestion. i am not experiencing post meal bloat, feel less water retention, my energy levels are up, I wake up ready to start the day versus groggy. Still working on decreasing caffeine intake as Christines recent videos suggest.
