Daily Dosages

Always a classic. I prefer the no taste to mix into smoothies and maybe a matcha or greens but it feels great for the skin, hair, and nails.

Been using this for a month and wow I can see a huge difference in my skin, definitely has more elasticity to it especially in my hands they are not as wrinkly looking. Highly recommend this product. My hair is definitely thicker and growing well too. A great decision in trying this collagen and have purchased another tub.
