Postpartum Glow Up

I am 10 months postpartum and still exclusively breastfeeding, so I and trying to ensure I am nourishing myself from the inside out. I know I don't eat enough oily fish so I take marine collagen and a fish oil supplement. This supplement mixes will into my morning protein oats with no flavour.
