When Queens Ride By
I found this story to be extremely encouraging and uplifting! I'm a homemaker of 10 years and sometimes the day to day can become mundane and before you know it one day runs into another. This story was a breath of fresh air and I feel motivated to kick my homemaking skills up a notch! Thank you for recommending this book :)

loved it
thought "when Queens ride by was a very sneaky way to tell people the truth about the rolls we play in our lives .im very traditional in my views s to what the womans roll in the relationship should be and that is subservient to the man. thats how God designed us!!!!

What an amazing story!
I wish more wives and mothers these days understood how important it is to focus on taking care of their family and home. In the late 80s I worked full-time (didn’t want to, that’s a long story) for 2 years with my oldest child. It was horrible! The stress of having to be at work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and take care of my child and all the home chores (my ex-husband wasn’t much help) has had a long lasting impact on me. One of the jobs I had before I got married was at a large company. Seeing all the women who had children who were in daycare blew me away. I honestly didn’t get it - why would they have children and then leave them with a stranger all day. Then I ended up doing it. It was a horrible time in my life.
