knotting of material

The pants are starting to peel and get knots from wear between the legs. Just got them at Christmas. Very minor and doesn’t affect the wear but was hoping for better quality.

I ordered these for my 12 year old daughter in an XS and while they fit, I wish I would have sized up a bit. Other than that they are super soft! She loves them.
