We have a very small and narrow yard and this swingset was the perfect fit! The instructions could be way more clear, and we were missing several screws and washers (we found some replacements at Lowe's). It ended up taking my husband and I about 10 hours to build, but we did it! We made some slight adjustments (like using less steps for the ladder). Overall it feels super sturdy. And most importantly, our 4 year old absolutely loves it.
