Ernie Expo 86 Vancouver T-shirt

My wife and I were at Expo86 before we met. Ever since we found that out, we've joked, that's we first met (it isn't). I was there with my high school jazz band (we earned a Silver Medal in the band competition there and got to perform in public - she must have seen me play...right?). Shirt's good, though the sizes run a smidge small. I ordered a size too small at first and Ash in customer service was as helpful as anyone could be (given that this customer is in the United States - serious apologies to our friends up North). Ash was entertained by our pseudo meet-cute!

This order was placed originally in December. Due to the postal strike, we were not terribly surprised when it didn’t immediately arrive. After a fairly lengthy wait however, we did contact Black Maple Trading and, without discussion, were connected to your Customer Support. Not long afterward a second shipment was sent out to us. This too did not arrive. The Customer Support representative was again contacted. Once more, a shipment was sent out without negative discussion, the only stipulation being we send back the previous order when it arrived. After it became obvious that that shipment was lost, we contacted Canada Post. It was evident something needed to be looked into at that end. We let the gentleman in Support know that the order had not been received. He tracked back to our original order, without our request, reordered for us and we are now in receipt of the package we have been waiting for. We wish to commend Black Maple for the attention given to our plight over the five months past. At no time were we made to feel any impatience or annoyance on the company’s part. This is significant in today’s market, where a "brush off" is the norm. We wish to commend Black Maple Trading for their respect in dealing with a difficult situation and their employee attitude. Also, the product received is EXCELLENT!
