Installed 2 in our grandkids “kids cozy cottage” 2 story playhouse I am building. Units are great. Super cold air you can hardly stand in front of. Heat won’t burn the place down but more than adequate to warm it up. Playhouse insulated to R-13, 1/2” drywall so sealed up fairly well. 9’ x 18’ each floor. They live in Dallas. Already been 85 degrees and units can easily run on low. Pretty quite. Turn on/off automatically for whatever temperature you set them at. I installed them as thru the wall units (instructions make it sound difficult but it’s really easy to do). Cut the wall hole 1/2” taller and wider than instructions to allow wiggle room sliding the case in and allowing tilt to the outside. Tip: instructions show removing the front but don’t tell you how. Push in with pressure on the metal case a couple inches from the bottom front corners and the “catches” will release from the plastic front and then the front can lift straight up. The front hooks into the metal case at the bottom so it snaps into the metal case only on the sides. Kids liked wi-fi ability to run things with their phones (past my pay grade). Remotes worked perfectly. You only need 1 app to control both units. Power cords are nice thick round cords too. All around winners so far!!!
