Natural Quartz Crystal Pointed Pendant Necklace

I wouldn’t know about this product because I only received one out of the three pieces on my order. This being one of the pieces I did not receive. I have sent several emails with no reply. Cannot find a number and so I am out money and my purchase. Very frustrating.

Beautiful necklace and it appears to be a real crystal but I don’t think it’s citrine
