Annoying & Disappointing

To start off the company not only eailed me but found my whats app contact and messaged me from 2 different avcount/numbers numerous times. Told me "Oh, my god" when I said I wasn't home to open the package then asked twice for the date I would be home which is no one's buisness except my own. Followed all instructions yet nails came off with in 6 hours. Now company has ghosted me, not responded to messages or emails to provide a return address. Also why is the cost of short nails not significantly cheaper than the long? Also they are not hand made. 100% made in a factory, they even admitted to it in a message. Nails come from an overseas package Giving them another 48 hours for a return address before contacting my bank for money back.
