Arrived in really bad shape

I went to my mailroom to pick up my package and our property manager said it got dropped off in really bad shape. The box was completely busted open. One whole side was destroyed and flapped open. You could see all the contents inside and anything could easily fall out. Two substrate bags were punctured and leaking. One of the bags was missing 1/4 of the substrate. Also the box with the plants was badly damaged and crunched on one side. I checked everything and it seemed like it was there from what I ordered but really disappointed on how it arrived. I thought for sure something fell out or got stolen.
