Didnt expect finding a chassis would be impossible, regretting it now

I suppose the Hilt is good. Not that i know what to expect, I cant seem to find a core cuz apparently this core is "Welded into the hilt" It was an open box/empty hilt. This would have had to have been installed with some chassis in it at some point. It would have been nice to have some sort of instruction manual on putting it together the rest of the way.
