Great pan!
This pan is light and easy to handle. It cleans relatively easily. There's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to cooking with it and I'm still learning. Three only downside is that the edges are quite sharp so one has to be very careful!!!

Lightweight beauty
Love how crispy my fish get. Just wish I could get it to be better nonstick for dumplings and eggs. My beat up no brand cast iron is perfect for it but haven’t figured out how to make it truly nonstick for these items.

Good, but not amazing.
I had hoped this would be my everything pan but it’s been a hassle to clean. The veggies that I cook turn out quite well with beautifully browned edges. Although, lots of the foods that I cook stick, despite heating the oil until it smokes and cooking on low like the manufacturer suggests. Melted cheese is horrendous in this pan, and creates a crusty, sticky mess. The suggested method of deep cleaning the pan by boiling water, baking soda, vinegar, and dish soap for 15 minutes in the pan didn’t remove all of the food residue. Every time I cook, residue is left on the pan, and generally increases with each time I cook until I deep clean it again, which I prefer not to regularly. Only soft sponges are allowed for cleaning, so it’s very difficult to maintain a clean cooking surface. My traditional cast iron pans are light years more non-stick than this pan. For the cost, I’m less than amazed, but it will do for some things. I have yet to cook a large piece of meat.
