The Art of Tone 525k CTS Guitar Potentiometer - Custom Short Split Shaft, Audio Taper, 5% Tolerance (500k+ pots)

I got home and The Art Of Tone had Delivered 12x 525K 5% Tolerance and 12x 250K 5% Tolerance CTS Potentiometers were in my mailbox ! They were well packed and Dry as a Bone (it's been raining for a week) ! I have purchased from TAOT before and will continue to do so! I really appreciate the Effort they put into Customer Service! Great quality pots

Not my first time, I bought some a year or two ago for a 2H Strat project. It turned out great. I haven't wired the latest setup yet, but they tested 3@ 520+, 12 517K, on my FLUKE meter at room temp. A far cry from what you get with 500K pots with a ten or twenty percent tolerance. My experience has been with 250K pots (Teles & Strats) over the past four decades, somewhere, I have a ziplock baggie full of pots marked 250K, many under 200, a lot 210 to 218. That isn't close enough for good tone. Those were not from The Art Of Tone.
