The binder was perfect for our wedding - absolutely beautiful. I reached out to customer service before it shipped to ask about timelines and they made sure it shipped quickly. It arrived damaged, but the same person made sure that a new one arrived the next day. Incredible quality and attention to detail, but the entire time I felt like they cared just as much about our day being great as we did. Would recommend to anyone.
