I placed my order on 12/9/2023 and did not receive it until 1/4/2024! That was completely unacceptable. The shipping policy stated “7-9 days for all custom pieces to be made & shipped. Shipping takes another 5-7 days.” At the very latest I should have received the order within 16 days total, which was not the case. To make matters worse, I emailed customer service who were not only rude but not helpful in the least bit. The product itself is beautiful but because of my experience I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere! These custom nameplates can literally be bought anywhere made of the same materials!!!
