Very soft leather, great product and great communication on customer service

Ordered dor my wife. One ankle is too small to zip closed which is odd because measurements on both ankles are nearly the same. They are very loose fitting in many places and tight in others, although that may be due to overestimating the top measurement to ensure a slightly loose fit. We are hoping to have them altered to fit at thr ankle and to fight tighter at the top.
