Leather cuffs

We ordered quite a few of the Italian leather restraints. As soon as we put on one of the cuffs the rivet popped out. All the others held strong and we notified UPKO. They immediately sent us a new set and we have had no issues. Their customer service is high, and we have had no issues with any of the numerous other products we have ordered. Everyone has a defect every now and again but it’s all about how a company handles it.
