Works flawlessly

I really like this system. All functions I've tried work as expected. Only issue I had was during setup, as mentioned by others, you have to reboot after pairing with the door opener. It took several tries, but once done, it has stayed connected even after a power outage. It also stays paired with the wi-fi signal with no disconnects or dropouts. The automated functions are great, and I like the green light indicating it is functioning. Only downside compared with the ubiquitous Q system, is you have to get on a ladder and mount it close to the opener, but after that, the stableness of the system is much much better. I'm glad I made the switch.

The hardware seems just fine. Some quirks installing, it dropped the connection after it finding the device on my network. Restarting the find and configure routine it was hard to get it fully installed. After a couple of resets, removals and power cycles I got it configured. Setting up Alexa, also a slog. Now that it done, it works as desired. Opening and closing by voice command.

It just works!

I've used a competitive product and it worked inconsistently. I installed the Tailwind product a couple of weeks ago and it has worked every time without fail.
