Veva R2 Series Tennis Ball Machine

Portable and Powerful

I started my search for a ball machine looking for something that I wasn't sure even existed. A machine that was light and portable, yet powerful enough to give a good workout for a high level player. I stumbled upon a video of the Veva R2 and immediately liked the size and portability of the machine. I was a little skeptical that the advertised top speed of 56 mph would be fast enough for me or my high level players (I am a long time tennis coach). The price was so good that I thought I would take a chance on it. After 3 days of using this thing, I will say that it has far exceeded my expectations. The top speed is plenty fast enough for high level players to get a good and realistic workout. This thing can shoot some seriously high and heavy topspin balls. The app is very easy and intuitive to use. Especially on the basic pre-programmed drills. There is a bit of a learning curve to the customized drills (perhaps an instructional video would be beneficial), but once you put a little time into learning and experimenting with the different settings for each ball, you can create almost any combination of balls imaginable. It will just take some time and trial and error to set up the perfect drills. I am very happy that I found what I didn't think existed. Love this little machine!
