Incorrect Item Sent

Unfortunately although I purchased this item. It was not sent to me, and I was sent an incorrect item. I have made contact to get this rectified and although I have been told that I will be sent the correct jacket. I feel like the customer service has been very poor. This is the second time this has happened to me in the past 6 months when shopping here. I would have expected a bit more to try and rectify the issue as soon as possible, but instead I feel like it’s not a priority. Disappointing given what has happened.

This jacket is a masterpiece… I have only word to say… WOW 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
