I have one star because we tried to buy multiple items and get the discount but it wasn’t working I left messages but nobody got back to me. We had the one before with the leather that perished very quickly so we got this one to replace it. It seems much better and looks nice. But I was let down by the customer service and negative contact. I would give the collar 5 stars if it wasn’t for my buying experience and I would have purchased more items
