Does not mix well
Let me start by saying I'm on my first container and I think this has made a difference in my nails. However, you are not supposed to mix this in hot drinks and it does not mix well in cold water. I take this like a shot. I put it in a shot glass and use a little warm water and drink it fast. It mixes better in warm water. I do recommend this product!
