Ordered on 12/8/23 and paid for “VIP” service. Money was taken out of my account immediately but order wasn’t shipped until 12/27/23 so my niece was left without a Christmas present. Received my order on 1/5/24. All of the extra items I ordered (outfit, bottles, pacifiers, diapers) were shoved in the box with the baby. Crown looks nothing like the picture. Box was ripped.
