hard to live without

for months now i’ve been without my beloved scrub. money has been tight and i’ve been using some cheap drugstore something-or-other exfoliant in the meantime. but my poor skin is suffering and honestly id rather have less in my spending account than have the breakouts and irritation — so today i shall purchase another jar. in a past, more fruitful life, when i had a job and could give gifts on a whim, i would give this and the sunscreen as gifts regularly. alas, this is the plight of the elder millennial.
