Disappointing customer service

I contacted AN using the 3 ways they provide (message via website, phone call, and email). I have yet to hear back. As a first time customer, I am getting to know the sizing and styles. I simply want to make a return/ exchange within their 7 day window. However, when customer service can’t return a message/email this makes it impossible. As a first time customer, this has been a disappointing experience. I like the clothing, but at this price point the customer service needs to improve.

Another piece that I love soft and comfortable the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars the sleeves could be longer and I find the elastic band at the wrist is too tight
