Performance Short-Sleeve Nouveau Shirt

Bought 2 shirts at nearly $100 each for an international trip. Didn’t inspect them before wearing since I trusted the brand — big mistake. After wearing one, I noticed the fabric was pilling and bunching badly. The cotton was visibly and physically coming apart. Classic manufacturing defect. Sent photos to customer service hoping for a refund or replacement. They refused — their policy requires items to be unworn to return, even for defects. So they’re selling defective products and hiding behind a return policy to avoid accountability. Nearly $200 spent on shirts I can’t wear. I have photos. Would not recommend.
