Today it's really a surprise when you receive a good experience purchasing anything. I was certainly surprised with Otto Frei. Though the site says, some things may be substituted, which I can understand, Amber called within 24 hours of the order to let me know a few things were out of stock and there would be 2 substitutions. She wanted to make sure that was OK!! I missed the call but called her back and caught her in the middle of emailing me. The order was delivered in only few days. As for the tools, they were all high quality tools! Knowing nothing else about Otto Frei, this personal touch will bring me back time and again. Quality tools and quality people.
